Meet the Team
Our team is made up of industry experts and veterans, combining years of experience with modern cutting edge techniques. Our people are hand picked to provide us with expertise in a wide range of platforms and methodologies, so you can be certain we will always be able to provide you with the right person for your job.
Ben founded the company in 2009, after over a decade of experience in agency and blue chip environments. He is our UX expert and handles the creative and technical direction of all our projects, keeping us at the forefront of modern web development.
Lucy is our accounts director. She brings many years of experience in the advertising industry working with household names like Nokia, GlaxoSmithkline and Roche. At code she uses this experience to ensure our clients get the best service they possibly can.
Alex is one of our front end stars. He brings us the latest front end trends and skills, specialising in CSS and Javascript, and a unique knowledge of social media.
Andy is our full stack genius. He brings us a wealth of knowledge of PHP, JavaScript and MySQL. He's got mad Vue skills, he does Swift, Java, and also C#. Basically everything. He leads on our larger projects and fixes the things the rest of us get stuck trying to work out.
Tom is one of our front end experts. He is constantly up to date with the latest front end trends. Specialising in Vue, he has a key role in most of our projects and he excels in making them pixel perfect for every one of our clients.
